Binks MX Heavy Duty

Binks MX Heavy Duty pumps are a cutting edge design in air operated pump technology utilizing our patented magnetic detents to eliminate the possibility of stalling and dramatically enhance the smooth pump operation at change over with virtually no pulse so as to provide the best “surge free” paint delivery for the perfect finish.

Binks MX HD pumps are available in ratios of 35:1, 42:1, 60:1, 70:1 with output of 3.0 gpm or 3.5 gpm.  The MX pistons are Ceramic coated which is the most durable surface available for resisting wear to highly abrasive materials. They are fitted with self adjusting spring loaded packing’s to extend their working life and reduce the need for costly maintenance

Binks MX Lite Pumps

Binks MX Lite Pumps are a completely new design in air operated pump technology utilizing a patented magnetic detents to provide fast changover with virtually no pulsation. The result is paint, delivery with less pulsation for a more consistent finish.

The MX Medium pressure pumps are available in the ratios of 12:1 and 32:1 with outputs of 0.4 GPM or 1.2 GPM. The MX piston are ceramic coated which is the most durable surface available for resisting wear from abrasive materials..
